(6張相片)114年9月23日晚間,研三舍地下室共煮廚房舉辦「好好吃飯❤健身備餐 健康促進系列活動」九月場【雞胸不無聊,身材超有料 (雞胸入門 × 健身便當製作)】,由臺大美食社(IG:@ntucookntaste)擔任講師團隊,帶領20位住宿生體驗健康備餐的樂趣。 這場活動的誕生,其實源於今年暑假輔導員與住宿生的一段閒聊。當時研三廚房剛啟用,輔導員在與同學談話時,聽到學生提到:「如果能有個活動,大家一起準備健身餐就好了!」這句話成為靈感的起點,也促成了「好好吃飯❤健身備餐」系列活動的構想。 活動當天氣氛熱絡,同學分桌合作,自行揉麵團、製作酪梨醬、天貝料理與手撕雞胸。許多同學第一次品嘗天貝,有人甚至笑著說「原本以為這是貝類!」現場笑聲不斷,也在親手烹調中體驗到健康飲食的創意與溫度。 本次活動整體滿意度高達5.0分,學生回饋:「謝謝你們用心安排!」宿舍輔導員感謝美食社的投入與分享,期盼未來能持續推動更多健康主題,讓宿舍成為生活學習的溫暖延伸。 (6 photos) On September 23, 2025, the Graduate Dorm 3 Shared Kitchen hosted the “Good Meal Time! Fitness Meal Prep” Health Promotion Series — [September Session] Chicken Made Fun, Body Well Done (Chicken Breast Basics × Fitness Meal Prep), led by instructors from the NTU Cook & Taste Club (IG: @ntucookntaste ). The idea for this event began with a warm conversation between a dorm director and a resident during this summer. When the shared kitchen had just opened, the dorm director heard a student say, “It’d be great if we could have an activity where everyone cooks fitness meals together!” That simple wish became the spark that inspired the “Good Meal Time! Fitness Meal Prep” series. The evening was filled with laughter and teamwork as students kneaded dough, made avocado sauce, prepared tempeh dishes, and created hand-shredded chicken breasts. For many, it was their first time tasting tempeh — some even joked that they thought it was a kind of shellfish before realizing it’s actually a high-protein vegetarian ingredient! The event received a perfect 5.0 satisfaction rating, with participants saying, “Thank you for organizing this with such care!” The dorm counselors expressed gratitude to the Cook & Taste Club for their collaboration, noting that the “Good Meal Time!” series will continue bringing together residents through healthy, joyful cooking.
